Who sells and support the solutions from Naddon?
Naddon solutions are sold tough the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Partner Network.
All the Naddon Partners have agreed with Naddon that they will sell Naddon solution and provide end-user support to the solutions. Every Partner can contact Naddon, in case the need help to fulfill the end-user support. If an end-user have a special critical situation, the end-user can escalate the problem to Naddon at email@example.com. Naddon will start to solve the issue and contact end user and partner within one businessday.
How can Partnes get access to updates?
Partners can download Productkit, objects and Guides to the Naddon solutions at Naddon Download Center. Partners can also participate at Naddon Partner Forum at LinkedIn, where Tips and Trick is discussed and news is released.
